Zombies at vacation

My wife and I were in a nice resort. we where outside when we started heading back to our room with friends. Three cops were jugging and playing. I jugged to the room and the cops started jugging and pushing me a bit and I fell down and my clothes got dirty. One of them helped me get up and I headed to the room. In the room, all our friends and wife were present. Some were looking at themselves in the mirror and doing makeup. I was on a ladder trying to grab some fruit for the guests. The friends shared some makeup tools but doing so somehow turned them into zombies. The next scene I saw everyone gone and my wife and I were on the bed and she was asleep. but i could sleep so I got up the bed then the scene changed back to the friends inside our room and day time again. They became zombies and started bringing chaos into the room. My wife looked at me and I told her to let's run and go. We got out of the room and got into the car and drove off.
